Introduction
At "With Love" Groups of GAYLORD®, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning an item.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must report it immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging.
Do not discard the packaging or the item until the issue is resolved.
Warranty (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day limited warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 14 days of receipt, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Returns (7 Days)
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be in unused, brand-new condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
Items showing signs of use, assembly, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Hygiene and bath safety products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
Fees & Shipping
Restocking Fee:A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Return Shipping:The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Original Shipping:Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 15 business days.
Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing parts or items, you must report it to us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the received package and its contents. We will promptly send the missing components at no additional cost.
General Conditions
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any items back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
