At “With Love” Groups of GAYLORD®, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label are required.

  • All original packaging and materials must be kept until the claim is resolved.

  • Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or issue partial compensation at our discretion.

Limited Warranty (7 Days Only)

We provide a limited 7-day warranty against manufacturing defects only.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in material

  • Defects in workmanship under normal indoor residential use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Outdoor products or outdoor-use items

  • Weather-related damage including sun, rain, snow, wind, or temperature exposure

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or assembly

  • Misuse, neglect, abuse, or modification

  • Water damage, accidental damage, or improper maintenance

  • Commercial use

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Returns (5 Business Days Only)

We accept returns within 5 business days of the delivery date only.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, unopened, and in brand-new resaleable condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, hardware, and protective materials included.

  • Products showing any signs of installation, assembly, use, scratches, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

  • Outdoor products, custom orders, clearance items, special orders, and final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Hygiene-related products, bath safety products, medical-use items, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.

All returns require prior written authorization before shipping any item back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Return Fees & Shipping Costs

Approved returns are subject to the following:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refused deliveries or undeliverable shipments may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval is subject to final inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds may take approximately 7–15 business days depending on your financial institution.

  • Restocking fees, shipping charges, and any applicable handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet our return conditions.

Missing Parts or Items

If your shipment is missing parts or components:

  • You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the received package and contents may be required.

  • Missing components verified by our team will be shipped at no additional cost.


General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

  • Return eligibility is determined solely at our discretion after inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging of returned items to prevent transit damage.

  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may void return eligibility and warranty support.
